OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The Protégé - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering will support the Group Engineering Division in key functions such as project planning, site supervision, system design, and compliance monitoring for M&E works. This role provides hands-on exposure to mechanical and electrical engineering aspects of infrastructure projects, making it ideal for graduates passionate about building services, project management, and engineering operations.

PRIMARY TASKS

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution for M&E works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, M&E drawings, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on M&E matters.
• Support procurement, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Monitor project progress and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Taman Sutera Kajang
• Contract: 8 months
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools
• Good academic qualifications
• Actively involved in university activities or engineering-related extracurriculars
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
