OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The Protégé - Civil Engineering will support the Group Engineering Division in key functions such as project planning, site management, infrastructure development, and compliance monitoring. This role provides hands-on experience in managing civil engineering projects, making it ideal for graduates passionate about construction, project management, and engineering operations.

PRIMARY TASKS

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Help in procurement processes, including material selection and supplier coordination.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations for engineering projects.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve efficient project execution.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Taman Tasik Utama, Air Keroh, Melaka
• Contract: 8 months
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management software
• Good academic qualifications
• Actively involved in university activities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
