JOB OBJECTIVE

The Protégé - Civil Engineering role provides fresh graduates with hands-on experience in civil engineering, project coordination, and technical analysis. Based at the Head Office, this position offers opportunities to work on various infrastructure projects, contributing to the design, planning, and execution of engineering solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering designs, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Support project coordination efforts, including liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies for infrastructure projects.
• Analyze technical data and provide recommendations for improvements or problem-solving.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with engineering standards and company policies.
• Participate in quality control and assurance processes for engineering deliverables.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Head Office, Menara Kenari,Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
• Contract: 8 months 
• Working Days: 5 days a week.
• Working Hours: Flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Actively involved in extracurricular activities during university studies is an added advantage.
