Assistant Manager, Finance & Treasury
Job Objective
The Assistant Manager, Finance & Treasury is responsible for preparing, maintaining, monitoring and assisting of all the finance, accounting and other related job function in Finance and Treasury division matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly management accounts for the Company.
- Prepare the quarterly Consolidation Report, performance analysis & business plan.
- Prepare the bank, debtor & inter-company reconciliation.
- Updating, checking, verifying and posting of entries in AP, AR, GL & JV (MAPL).
- Monitoring cash flow, liaise with bank on treasury matters.
- Verification of payment vouchers (MAPL).
- Liaison with tax agent, custom department & auditor in relation to finance, tax, GST and accounting matters.
- Assist the Manager in reviewing the financial statements, fund management, tax matters other duties assigned.
- Attend to the creditor's inquiry in relation to payment.
- Ensure documents are filling in order.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Plaza Azalea, Seksyen 14, Shah Alam
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Days: 5-day week
- Working Hours: 8 hours
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor in Accountancy or related course.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field.
Special Skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and have knowledge in MYOB accounting software
