Communication & Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Objective

The Communication & Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible to provide efficient administrative and operational support that ensures smooth workflow, timely coordination and accurate documentation within the Communication and Digital Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations of the department.
2. Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading official documents, reports, and presentations.
3. Support content scheduling and posting across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
4. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and CSR activities.
5. Maintain effective communication within the team and with external partners.
6. Assist in creating simple visuals or layouts using basic design tools such as Canva.

 Work Arrangement

• Location: Menara Kenari, TTDI, Kuala Lumpur
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Working Days: 5-day week
• Working Hours: Flexible

 Qualifications & Requirements

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Diploma in related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
