Executive, Sales (Commercial/Industrial)

Job Objective

The Executive, Sales (Commercial/Industrial) is responsible for driving sales growth within the commercial and industrial segments by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating sales contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sales inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers, providing relevant information about the company’s projects.
  • Achieve and maximize sales for the Company’s projects.
  • Proactively liaise with bankers, lawyers, and government institutions regarding clients’ loan application status, loan drawdowns, legal matters, and other related issues.
  • Provide product briefings to the internal sales team and appointed real estate agencies.
  • Handle sales documentation, including Sales and Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.
  • Contribute to the marketing and planning of the company’s launches, events, roadshows, and exhibitions by actively participating in discussions, providing constructive ideas, and offering feedback on current strategies.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly sales reports and update sales charts regularly.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits for customers.
  • Submit Agent Commission Claims in a timely manner.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Conduct marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for the company’s upcoming property development projects.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies to create marketing collateral aligned with the marketing concepts for each project.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute property launch events, exhibitions, and sales events.

 

Work Arrangement

  • Location: Seremban
  • Status: Contract
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Working Hours: Flexible

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in commercial and industrial sales is an added advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Focused, self-motivated, and independent.
